The Elyssa project is an initiative of the French Institute of Tunisia supported by the Team France Fund. It provides an opportunity for artists based in Tunisia to express their creativity while benefiting from structured professional support.

Terms of participation

I agree that the data transmitted may be recorded and used by the Institut français de Tunisie, Committee of associated professionals and project partners for the processing of my application as well as for the management and organization of the various phases of the project.  

The Data is processed in accordance with the general data protection regulations and the legal and regulatory provisions in force in Tunisia.

In order to promote the Elyssa project and the selected artists, photographs or videos taken during the event by the partners of the Elyssa project, or a service provider selected by them, may be reproduced, distributed and/or communicated to the general public.

The photographs and video images are intended to be distributed to the general public to the exclusion of any commercial exploitation.

This data may be used and exploited by the partners of the Elyssa project in any form and in all material and immaterial media (whether on paper or in an analog, digital or electronic manner) in the media, books, recording media, exhibitions, for public screenings or on the internet.

The data subject is informed that certain Data may be communicated to third parties, either for compliance with legal obligations, or for reasons of internal organization with service providers, or to promote training to the general public via the various Elyssa media such as the website, Newsletter, social networks, channel and video sharing platform.

Before communicating Data to a service provider, Elyssa and its partners check that the service provider provides satisfactory guarantees in terms of personal data protection.

Images, sound recordings and videos collected during an event may be archived in order to document the partners’ activity.
